Good unsubscribing tool

I used the Bulk Unsubscribe Tool. It worked fast. My inbox is less crowded now. Simple to use.

Consistent performance as always

This is my third year with Inbox Zero, and I just renewed my Team Subscription. I've been with them since they first offered the Cold Email Blocker, which was a lifesaver from day one. The consistency is what keeps me coming back; the service just works. My team relies on the Automated Email Rules for our shared inboxes, and it's always reliable. Glad to see they keep improving without breaking what already functions well. Their Gmail Integration has always been flawless for us.

Love my new clean inbox!

I just upgraded to the Professional Plan last week and it's been amazing! The AI Email Assistant is so smart, it really learned my preferences quickly. And the Bulk Unsubscribe Tool? Oh my goodness, that saved me hours. My inbox feels so much lighter now, it's actually manageable. I'm telling all my friends who complain about email overload about this. Will definitely keep using this service!

Worked okay, got rid of junk

So I decided to try Inbox Zero's free trial to see if it could help with all the newsletters I accidentally signed up for over the years. I used the Newsletter Cleaner, and it did a pretty good job. It took a bit to go through everything and decide what to keep, but it definitely cut down on the clutter. My inbox isn't totally empty, but it's way better than before. I might look into the full plan later on if things start piling up again.

Anyone know if there's a free version of this? Or like a trial so I can see if it's worth it?

L Lisa Beaumont 2 months ago
Yep, there's a free tier. It's pretty basic but gives you a good feel for it. And I think they do a free trial for the paid plans too.

Yeah, there's a free option. It's not full-featured but you can mess around with it. Also, devs can self-host the open-source version, which is kinda cool.

i saw something about a lifetime deal once, are those still around? or was that a one-off thing?

M Mike 1 month ago
They pop up every now and then, usually during big launch events like Product Hunt or maybe Black Friday. Keep an eye out.

S Shane 1 month ago
Nah, those are usually limited-time offers. Missed the last one. But they do have pretty good annual discounts, like 20% off sometimes.

How does this compare to Superhuman? Is it actually better or just another email tool?

K Kevin 2 months ago
I switched from Superhuman. Inbox Zero's AI stuff feels more powerful for cleaning up and blocking junk. Superhuman was fast but Inbox Zero actually gets me to zero.

Different beasts, tbh. Superhuman is more about speed and keyboard shortcuts. Inbox Zero is more about automating the cleanup. Depends what you need. I prefer Inbox Zero for actual inbox management.

Is this safe to use with my main email? Like, what about data privacy, does it just read all my emails?

G Gwen Foster 1 month ago
They have pretty clear policies on data privacy, I checked it out before I signed up. They emphasize not snooping on your content beyond what's needed for the AI features.

I've been using it for months with my primary Gmail. No issues. They address data privacy on their site, it seemed pretty legit when I read through it.

Hey guys, thinking about getting Inbox Zero. Does it work with Outlook or just Gmail?

L Laura Q. 2 months ago
Yeah, it definitely works with Outlook. I use it for my work email which is on Outlook 365 and it's fine.

Both, from what I've seen. I'm on Gmail but my buddy uses it for his Outlook account. Pretty seamless integration.

thinking about getting the annual plan, is there anywhere to enter a discount code? like on the checkout page or something?

G Gwen Ito 2 months ago
Yep, when you go to pay, it's usually on the Stripe billing page. Look for a field to enter it there.

Yeah, pretty standard. You'll see a spot for promo codes right before you confirm payment. Usually on the Stripe page.
